No. ReliaBridge apps use a broker–relay model: our servers coordinate connection handshakes and transfer minimal metadata, but actual file bytes and audio/video streams flow directly between user endpoints. Temporary relay buffers are discarded the instant a transfer completes. We never inspect or retain your content.
Your account reverts to the Free tier limits. Existing shares, camera configurations, and account history are preserved — you simply lose access to Pro-exclusive features (password-protected shares, extended recording retention, etc.) until you renew. There is no data deletion on downgrade.
IntelliSentry works with any device that can serve an MJPEG stream or open a browser tab — including Reolink, Hikvision, Dahua, generic ONVIF cameras, and smartphones running IP-camera apps. The device runs a lightweight client page that pushes frames through the ReliaBridge relay to your monitor dashboard in real time.
The Pro Bundle is an annual subscription at $50/year. You can cancel any time before the renewal date and will not be charged again. We send a renewal reminder at least 14 days before the next charge. Individual app upgrades ($19/year each) follow the same cancellation policy.
Yes. FolderShare never exposes your local filesystem. You explicitly select what to share via the browser folder picker, and transfers route through our TLS-encrypted relay — not via local-network peer discovery. Adding a password (Pro) provides an additional layer of access control on top of the share link itself.
